Unit looks well built and was well packed for shipping. I’ll update my review when I’ve installed.
The product works great, we had a few questions about the wiring and the technician on the phone was able to answer all our questions and even offered to wait on the line while we wired up the thermostat to make sure everything worked correctly.
We switch between burning pellets, cord wood, or coal depending on price fluctuations. The build quality is excellent. Nothing else on the market even competes.
They created a custom Stat for me. Works great and looks great. Very happy.
