BACnet Expansion Card

  • BACnet MS/TP Interface

    The pCOnet board, code PCO1000BD0, connects pCO sistema controllers to a BACnet MS/TP (Master/Slave Token pass) network.

  • Plug-and-Play Installation

    The board is designed for easy installation into a pCO controller.

  • RS485 Optoisolation

    The RS485 connection is optoisolated from the pCO. This feature helps protect the device from electrical noise and voltage spikes.

  • Dip Switch Configuration

    Dip switches S1, S2, and S3 are used to add polarization and terminal resistances to the network for proper communication.

  • Status LEDs

    The Status LED and Network LED indicate the status of communication with the controller and the BACnet MS/TP network, respectively.

  • Restart and Factory Reset

    A pushbutton on the board can be used to restart pCOnet or recall the factory configuration.

The pCOnet board is designed for a seamless, plug-and-play installation into the pCO controller. Once installed, it becomes an integral part of your network, ensuring easy and efficient integration without complex procedures.

Customizable Network Settings

The board features three dip switches (S1, S2, S3) to configure the network's electrical termination and polarization. The Baud Rate can also be set, with a factory default of 38400, ensuring adaptability to various network environments.

Network Communication Status

The pCOnet board has two LEDs for quick status checks: the Status LED shows communication quality with the pCO controller, and the Network LED indicates the status of the BACnet MS/TP network.

When handling the pCOnet board, it's crucial to take precautions against electrostatic discharge, which can damage electronic components. Before handling, you should earth yourself, and the board should be kept in its original antistatic packaging to protect it.
