Our heavy units (boilers and HVAC systems) are sent by truck carriers. We provide departure time and approx. arrival day. For smaller accessories (pump, valves, replacement parts, etc.), you will be provided with a tracking number.

All solid fuel boilers comes with a 10 years warranty on welds while our heat pump units have a warranty of 5 years on compressor.
