This Return and Refund Policy explains the conditions under which MBTEK may accept order cancellations, returns, replacements, and refunds for products purchased through our website.
Cancellation of an unshipped order is possible. If an order is canceled before shipment, MBTEK will reimburse the amount paid, less 3% to cover payment processing fees.
Unopened items in their original packaging may be returned within ninety (90) days of delivery. If more than ninety (90) days have passed since delivery, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.
For brand new items returned in pristine condition, we will issue a refund for the full purchase amount, excluding 3% payment processing fees. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
If an item has been opened, used, installed, and/or shows signs of wear during inspection, a restocking fee of 20% may be applied. Return shipping costs remain the responsibility of the customer.
If you receive a defective item, MBTEK may provide replacement parts for the defective component, subject to review and approval of the claim. If the entire unit must be returned, MBTEK may offer either a replacement or a refund, depending on the circumstances. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
