You can return unopened items in the original packaging within 90 days of your purchase. If 90 days or more have passed since your purchase then we cannot refund or exchange.
If the package is returned in brand new condition we will refund the full amount but the client needs to pay the return shipping cost.
If you receive a defective item, we will exchange any parts for free. If the complete boiler needs return then we can offer replacement or refund. The cost of the return is paid by the client. If wear of boiler or parts is visible during inspection then we will need to charge a 20% restocking fee.
