Refund Policy

Cancellation of an unshipped order is possible. If canceled before shipment, MBTEK reimburses the amount paid, less 3% to cover payment processing fees.

Unopened items in original packaging may be returned within 90 days of delivery. Past 90 days, no refund or exchange. For brand-new items returned in pristine condition, MBTEK issues a refund for the full purchase amount, excluding the 3% payment processing fee; the customer covers return shipping.

If an item has been opened, used, installed, and/or shows signs of wear on inspection, a 20% restocking fee may apply. Return shipping remains the customer's responsibility.

If a defective item is received, MBTEK may provide replacement parts for the defective component, subject to review/approval. If the entire unit must be returned, MBTEK may offer a replacement or refund depending on circumstances. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

To request a return, refund, or product review, contact support@mbtek.com. Required information: order information, product name/details, photos/visual references, and video evidence of faulty parts where applicable.

Important: Customers must provide visual evidence, including video, of faulty part(s) before a final decision can be made on a return, replacement, or refund request.
