TIS GREAT FLAME Front
Controller-managed ignition sequence — no manual lighting required. Photocell flame detection triggers automatic mode progression.
Motorized grate continuously moves to clear ash from the combustion tunnel during operation, reducing downtime between cleanings.
Installs into a pre-drilled boiler mounting hole with fiberglass sealing cord and M10 fasteners — everything included in the kit.
Ignition → stabilization → operation → quenching → standby — fully automated cycle managed by the included controller.
Consistent pellet delivery from hopper to combustion chamber via included auger and corrugated sleeve. Hopper can be refilled while the burner runs.
Safety valve blocks reverse flame, temperature sensor cuts fuel supply at critical heat, corrugated hose melts to isolate the hopper as a last resort.
