Air-to-water rebate FAQ

Does an APOLLO model automatically qualify for a rebate?

No. The exact model must appear on the applicable program's current qualified-products list, and the address, utility, installer and project must meet all current requirements.

Why is the program tonnage different from the product name?

Programs can calculate tonnage from a tested cooling or heating capacity instead of the commercial name. Use the capacity recorded by the program when estimating a per-ton rebate.

Will I receive the maximum amount shown?

Not necessarily. Maximums can depend on system capacity, income, installed cost, displaced fuel, utility territory and other project requirements. Every amount on these pages is an estimate or potential savings figure.

Can I buy equipment first and hire an installer later?

That can make a project ineligible. Several programs require a participating contractor, pre-verification or approved sourcing before purchase or installation. Confirm the sequence first.
