Do I have to pay customs fees if my unit is coming from another country?

No. We take responsibility for these charges.

Apollo Heat Pump Station

I am extremely happy with this all in one solution to a plumbing and integration issue that would arise without having it. The components are well placed and of good quality. The station looks good and really cleans up the plumbing installation. We are not using the 4kw heater for our backup, but it is nice to know it is there for future use if our backup boiler needs service.

Well, I like the machine/heat pump pump station. Needed more information on how to operate. What ...

Heat pump is great. Pump station is great. Would like to have more information on how to operate everything. Things such as temperature controls. information on how to set the controls will be a little bit better you are very good customer service on helping with set it up they are very polite.

Sizing

I am unable to use the heat pump station because of its size. I expected a much smaller unit (the dimensions listed on the website) and had a place for it. I am guessing the new station is much larger. I am hoping to return it. It is still in its original packaging
